About Tan

The story behind the shutter.

Tan picked up a camera at seventeen to photograph a friend's wedding out of pure curiosity — and never put it down. What began as a favor became a decade-and-a-half practice built on one belief: a photograph should feel like the moment it was taken, not a performance of it.

Today, Tan Photography works across weddings, portraiture, fashion and commercial campaigns — based in Kolkata, available worldwide.
